MEGAKNOWLOGIES
WE’RE FOCUSING ON KNOWING GOD
- We’re gonna express this focus using God-given terminology
- Using this terminology to make us all think, thus deliberately using words, phrases, expressions that may be new to you - even if you think you know the Bible quite well and will need you to exercise your God-given brain to think about them in order to most benefit from them. All of this terminology and focus on knowing God has been crafted to help us all understand what God thinks and how God sees things rather than just our own views and opinions.
It’s certainly possible to believe things to be so, but to base such beliefs on mere opinion and even totally false information. What we are presenting tonight is not my opinion, it’s God’s.
Statement of beliefs and break down of Mega and Knowlogies
STATEMENT OF BELIEFS
Set out below is a summary of our beliefs on; The one true; loving, living and enlightening holy God, His awesome book the Bible, His Church, His kingdom purposes, and all He offer’s to the people of every kindred, tribe, and tongue through the free gift of relationship with Him. They say in real estate there are three keywords; location, location, location. We believe there are three keywords in God’s eternal estate; relationship, relationship, relationship. God, Himself is love and models loving relationship in His very being, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who together make up the one true God. Eternal life flows out of this relational nature, and as John 17:3 states, eternal life is to know God, to be in relationship with Him. Furthermore, Romans 6:23 tells us eternal life is a gift, John 3:16 and John 1:12,13 explain God offers the gift to the whole world to choose to receive. Thus it is God’s will for the people of every kindred, tribe, and tongue to make the choice to receive and utilize this gift.
MEGAKNOWLEDGIES
MEGA:
Mega means 'very large', ‘huge', ‘extreme’, and as such the God of the Bible defines and epitomizes all that is ‘Mega’. This God is eternal, existing both within and outside of time, hence His consciousness and cognizance is beyond all dimensions, knowing the beginning and the end. He models all that is; wholeness, wholesome and wholehearted, has created all things including all there is to be known, plus our capacity and capabilities as human beings to search out, understand and apply knowledge. Furthermore, He is; omnipotent, (all-powerful) omnipresent (all-seeing) omniscient (all-knowing) - we call the study of all this "omniscience". Accordingly, we advocate that all fields of science need to be reconciled to God rather than the other way round. Similarly, we should at all times and in all facets do life respecting that God is God and we are not, with the understanding that compared to God we know a little and God knows the lot.
KNOWLOGIES:
The suffix ‘ology’ is used in English most often to identify various branches of knowledge. Theology is the term most commonly used as the main heading for the many branches to all there is to be known of the; who, what, why, where, when and how of the one true living God, including; His; wonder, worship, word, will, ways, works and wisdom. We use “knowlogies" with the understanding that with God, knowledge is so much more than accumulating information and theoretical understanding, as theology can so easily become. Our Father in heaven’s heart in all this is that we would not merely know about Him, but that we would live: an experiential knowledge developed through a daily lifestyle in which we engage in a flourishing relationship with Him, here on earth and into eternity as a contributing member of His kingdom team - the Church. Indeed, our Father in Heaven desires that we hear His voice, delight in obeying whatever He asks, and willingly serve others in such a way they are compelled to commit to engaging in a worshipful relationship with God themselves.

18 But we all, with unveiled faces, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, by the Spirit of the Lord.
THE. MEGAMORPH
Revelation 4:1-8
4 After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this.” 2 At once I was in the Spirit, and there before me was a throne in heaven with someone sitting on it. 3 And the one who sat there had the appearance of jasper and ruby. A rainbow that shone like an emerald encircled the throne. 4 Surrounding the throne were twenty-four other thrones, and seated on them were twenty-four elders. They were dressed in white and had crowns of gold on their heads. 5 From the throne came flashes of lightning, rumblings, and peals of thunder. In front of the throne, seven lamps were blazing. These are the seven spirits[a] of God. 6 Also in front of the throne there was what looked like a sea of glass, clear as crystal.
In the center, around the throne, were four living creatures, and they were covered with eyes, in front, and in back. 7 The first living creature was like a lion, the second was like an ox, the third had a face like a man, the fourth was like a flying eagle. 8 Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under its wings. Day and night they never stop saying:
“‘Holy, holy, holy
is the Lord God Almighty,’
who was, and is, and is to come.”
the Lion - The KINGDOM
Represents Christ's kingship, his role in governance. We are to be bold like lions.
Which lion? Satan "like a lion" Jesus IS the Lion.
The ox - The Servant (Especially servant in the harvest)
Servant in the harvest field. Christ was a true servant. We are to be servants in the harvest field, plow the soil as Christ did
The man - The Man
Christ was fully man and fully God. He had authority and stature. He empathized with us. We are to rest in the authority we have in Christ, with the Holy Spirit given by God. Empathize with others.
The eagle - The Supernatural
but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
The lamb - The Sacrifice

1. Do you have a true working relationship with God where you don’t just know about him but you are actually engaged in KNOWING Him - if you want that true relationship you need these three steps
A. Repent and make a lifetime covenant commitment to living for God’s eternal kingdom purposes
B. Be Baptized where you seal that covenant commitment to live in the supernatural loving power of God’s Holy Spirit
C. Receive the gift of the Holy Spirit where you’re committing to use that gift to take hold of all that God has for you as a member of His kingdom team, the church.
2. Are you ready to strengthen your decision to be someone who’s putting in the effort to know the mysteries of Biblical faith and be able to give a reason for Biblical faith
3. Are you ready to become a partner with answers to work together as the body of Christ
