Theme: Mega Vibe in our tribe

We are building on our July "In Series" which was all about being in the crowd knowing that having a heart for heaven is to have a heart for crowds. CROWDS ARE PEOPLE!

From acts 2, the birth of the Church, to the cinematic scenes in Revelation, we can sum the Church vibe up in the word: Exuberant - to the point of appearing to the public perception as significantly intoxicated.

It is one thing to be in the crowd it is another thing to engage with, contribute to, and be at home in the crowd. Getting to a place where we are wholeheartedly outworking these three factors in a “being transformed by being Church” lifestyle means we will have a mega vibe in our tribe.

Does your vision in heaven include this culture? If not, you need transformation of your MIND! Now, this isn’t some kind of white shame issue. Because if I was speaking to cook islanders, I would address their cultural notion that you can’t play these drums on the “Sabbath”. ALL HAVE FALLEN SHORT! However, we are to be TRANSFORMED by the renewing of our minds.

Revelation 7:9 After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. 10 And they cried out in a loud voice:
“Salvation belongs to our God,
who sits on the throne,
and to the Lamb.”

The Multi Millennial Mandate:

One day, I was discussing Jesus with someone and they stated that Christianity is a white man’s religion. Immediately the Holy Spirit spoke to me and told me to challenge that person. “I Challenge you to find one single document that predates the Bible that is anti-racist. WE WERE FIRST”

I later went and double-checked that my claim was accurate and the phrase was given to me to express this truth. It was “The Multi Millennial Mandate”. The mandate, for the church to connect with its roots that we serve the GOD who created the people of EVERY nation, that Sent His SON to DIE for the people of EVERY nation, and that Racism is evil because Racism is in opposition to God’s ways. That the anti-racist movements across the world, such as freeing the slaves etc. etc, only EXIST because of the GOSPEL.

Matthew 28:18-20
18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
